Our Services
A supportive, structured space for counsellors and therapists to reflect on their work, maintain ethical practice, and develop confidence in clinical decision-making. Supervision can help you think through complex presentations, trauma work, boundaries, safeguarding, self-care, and the impact of the work on you as a practitioner. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and tailored to your experience level and client group. 2 × 90 Sessions per month
A confidential space to talk and make sense of what you’re experiencing, at your pace. This session is suited to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, and the impact of trauma and life events. With 30 years’ experience — including leading a counselling service supporting women affected by domestic abuse — I offer calm, grounded support to help you feel safer, steadier, and more able to cope day-to-day.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that can help reduce the distress linked to traumatic or overwhelming experiences. Many people find it helps with triggers, intrusive memories, nightmares, panic responses, and feeling “stuck” in the past. EMDR is always approached carefully and safely, and we only move into processing when you feel ready.
